The residence has 5 rooms with private bathrooms and all of them have a view of the Lake, each one of them far from the others, which provides you with comfort and privacy, in addition to the recreation and coexistence areas that we have: billiards room, TV, pool terrace, barbecue, children's play area and large gardens.

Guests can access all areas except the warehouses, machine room and light control.

There is a full-time person on the property and you can contact me by phone at any time.

Right where a mountain begins and a lake into which boiling water springs flow, is the town of San Juan Cosalá, a name given in honor of the Biblical character Juan El Bautista combined with the memory of the indigenous origin that comes from the Cutzalan tribes. Here, in a point that becomes tourist par excellence thanks to its hot springs, there are two roads that narrow the demographic distribution from east to west: the Chapala - Jocotepec highway to the north and De La Paz street to the south. The latter is a daily witness of the transit of the carts that carry the fish from the beach to numerous homes that are found in the streets and alleys that intersect this small cobbled avenue.

The best way to get around is by car, although there is a bike path along the Chapala riverside, which also allows you to safely move around by bike.

It is not allowed to cut fruits or plants from the property.
